How to Upgrade Your Package Plan

A complete guide to upgrade your current hosting package to a higher tier with more resources and features.

Step by Step Guide

Open Billing Dashboard

Go to billing.syncara.host and login with your account. Navigate to the main dashboard to see all your active services.

Select Active Package

Find and click on the package/service that you want to upgrade. This will open the service details page.

Click Upgrade Plan

Look for the "Upgrade Plan" button located at the top right corner of the service details page and click it.

Choose New Package

Browse through the available upgrade options and select the package that best fits your needs. Compare the features and pricing of each tier.

Checkout & Pay Invoice

Click "Checkout" to proceed to the payment page. Review your order, select your preferred payment method, and complete the payment for the upgrade invoice.

Prorated Billing

When you upgrade your plan, you will only be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining billing period. This ensures you only pay for what you use.

Cross-Package Type Upgrades

Upgrading across different package types (e.g., Basic to Ryzen, Minecraft Host to Game Host, etc.) is currently not supported. You can only upgrade within the same package category.

If you want to switch to a different package type, you can cancel your current package and your remaining balance will be refunded as account credit. You can then use that credit to purchase the new package you want.

Done!

After completing the payment, your server will be automatically upgraded to the new plan with additional resources. No restart or data migration required!
